Within 30 days after purchase, customers may return any opened or unopened product purchased from NativusHealth. The consumer will get a refund in the original manner of payment if accompanied by a receipt.

Items That Arrive Damaged

We make every effort to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, products might become damaged in transit. We understand your disappointment and will do everything necessary to replace the merchandise as soon as possible in these instances.

Please contact us at support@nativushealth.com or call us at (913)749-2370 if you have received a damaged item. Please include your name and order number and we'll arrange for the damaged item to be replaced.
